29 CFR 1910.410(a)(1): Each dive team member did not have the experience or training necessary to perform assigned tasks in a safe and healthful manner (as incorporated by reference under 29 CFR 1926.1076): a) On or about April 4, 2022, and at times prior to, at 6985 NW 18 St, Margate Florida 33063 (Stranahan River), a Diver performing dredging operations in a canal with zero-visibility, did not have the experience and training in the use of tools, equipment, systems, techniques, and emergency procedures which are required to perform these underwater tasks in a safe manner. b) On or about April 4, 2022, and at times prior to, at 6985 NW 18 St, Margate Florida 33063 (Stranahan River), a Dive Tender engaged in dredging operations in a canal with zero-visibility, did not have the experience and training in the use of tools, equipment, systems, techniques, and emergency procedures which are required to perform these underwater tasks in a safe manner.
