Foundry Area: On or about January 17, 2024, at least two exit routes were not available to permit prompt evacuation of employees during an emergency. Due to the size of the room and the type of operation, two or more exits were required for egress. Integra-Cast Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1492656, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on March 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 265 Newington Avenue, New Britain, CT 06051.
