29 CFR 1910.213(s)(6): Cleanliness around working machinery was not maintained to prevent fire hazards and ensure the effective functioning of guards: a. Upper and lower woodworking Shop: On or about 1-14-16 the employer had not maintained adequate housekeeping activities to prevent the fire hazard of combustible wood dust accumulating in electrical junction boxes serving wood working equipment and shop lighting.
