29 CFR 1904.29(b)(8): The employer classified other types of injuries and illnesses as privacy concern cases: (a) MedStar Washington Hospital Center located at 110 Irving Street, NW Washington, DC 20010: On or about February 1, 2021, the employer did not correctly fill out a CY 2021 OSHA 300 log entry for workplace injury case #20184954 when an employee strained their lower right back, resulting in 9 days away from work, and it was entered as a privacy case. There were numerous additional CY2020 and CY2021 cases with this deficiency. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
