29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees. a) Magnetic metals - Throughout the Production Area: The employer did not ensure that authorized employees were trained on all aspects of the LOTO program and all specific procedures for each individual machine or equipment identified in the program that was used by each authorized employee as part of their job duty, observed on or about 12/14/2014. Magnetic Metals was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314910332, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/16/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 1900 Hayes Avenue, Camden 08105.
