The York Metal Toll Processing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958980, Citation number 1, Item number 8 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/2/15, with respect to a workplace located at 8 Dwight Park Drive, Syracuse, NY 13209. Abatement documentation must be submitted for this item.
