29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electrical equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted: On or about March 22, 2018, in the spray paint area, a 110-volt receptacle at the end of a line of conduit was pulled away from the wall on which it was mounted and tied with string to hold it up, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
