29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices: (a) PRODUCTION AREA - Employees operating machines in the production area did not receive instruction to ensure that they had an understanding of the requirements the lock out tag out program, on or about August 22, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
