29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 31906 Kestrel Loop, Lot 274 Stonebridge, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about November 4, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet 6 inches to the concrete floor below. THE JAIRON ENAMORADO DBA JAIRON ENAMORADO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1360752, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JNUARY 8, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 737 WINESAP DR., FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1388296, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 31, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 8426 MACKIE LANE, LOT 86 WINGED FOOT, DAPHNE, ALABAMA.
