29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed. On or about 5/26/20, at the Fieldale Farms Murrayville facility, the employer did conduct a periodic inspection of the established lockout tagout procedures since January 2019 exposing workers to hazards of being caught-in or struck-by equipment and machinery.
