29 CFR 1910.1020(e)(1)(i): When an employee or designated representative requested access to a record, the employer did not ensure that access was provided in a reasonable time, place, and manner: a) 99 Mulford Road, Lafayette, NJ, 07848. A Registered Nurse (RN) providing care for residents including those under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive requested a copy of her medical records. However, the employer failed to comply with this request and never provided the worker with such records. Violation documented on or about 4/17/2020 and thereafter.
