29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident : a) Workplace, 109 Park St., Orange, NJ An EMT died of SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus Disease on April 5, 2020. On or about March 19, 2020, the EMT cared for patients including those under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive. The employer did not report the fatality to OSHA. Violation occurred on or about April 5, 2020
