29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1):The employer did not report the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident within 8 hours of learning of the death: a) Nursing Department - 3220 Henry Hudson Pkwy., Bronx, NY A Nursing Department Certified Nursing Aide died of SARS-CoV2 Coronavirus Disease on April 12, 2020. The employee cared for suspect and confirmed COVID-19 positive patients in March 2020. The employer did not report the fatality to OSHA. Violation occurred on or about 4/12/2020.
