29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i)(E): The employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to an employee which included the pass/fail results for qualitative fit tests: a) Northern Wing Subacute COVID Unit located at 1501 State Hwy 33, Hamilton Square, NJ 08690: On or about 5/6/2020 and thereafter, the employer did not maintain fit test records that stated the pass/fail results of the Qualitative Fit Testing for Nurses and CNAs required to wear 3M 8210, Medline 24506 and 24507, and Inovel 3000 N95 respirators when providing care in rooms of residents with confirmed and suspected cases of COVID-19.
