29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): a. 100 Middlesex Ave., Suite 2, Carteret, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure that door along the exit path, that could be mistaken as exits, were clearly marked as "Not an Exit". Employees and staffing agency employees worked in the warehouse, where locked doors leading from the warehouse to the sales offices and a breakroom, which appeared to be exits to be used in the event of an evacuation, were clearly marked with signage indicating "Not an Exit". Violation observed on or about April 12, 2021
