29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: Jobsite - On or about August 9, 2021, an employee working on the ground to clean up debris was not protected from head injury while working in close proximity to falling debris from roofing activities above. The Best Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1345061, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 16, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1179 Sagamore Ave., Portsmouth, NH.
