29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: On or about September 13, 2022 the employer Maldonado Construction LLC at jobsite located at 4575 River Rd. Toledo OH 43614, did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when preforming residential roofing work on a existing residential structure, while exposed to potential struck by hazards (flying particles/debris) while using pneumatic nail guns Maldonado Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1496287, citation number one, item number three and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 6401 Seaman Rd. Oregon OH 43616.
