29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section: a- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in demolition activities from the second scaffold work platform was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11ft as the scaffold platform was not fully planked. Condition noted or about 10/27/2022.
