29 CFR 1926.651(e): Employee was not prohibited to be underneath loads handled by lifting or digging equipment: a) On the roadway in front of18193 Huff Road, Milton, DE 19968: On or about March 20, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that employees engaged in excavation work did not work underneath loads that were being lifted and lowered into the excavation. The excavator was lifting the dirt that was being excavated from the water main installation. This was being done while the employees were inside the excavation working. Teal Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.651(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518936, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/11/2021, with respect to a workplace located at the Northwest of Intersection of Voshell Mill Road and East Street, Camden, DE 19934
