29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): The employer does not ensure each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level were protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems or alternative fall protection measures listed in paragraph (b) of this section. This violation was most recently observed on 05/18/2012, at a jobsite located at, Hooksett Street, Hampton, NH, 03842 when: (A) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 15 feet due to no fall protection while working on a steep roof. (B) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet while working on a low slope roof. Prior violations referred to include a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in: High & Dry Roofing, OSHA Inspection Number 332342, Willful Citation Number 02, Item Number 001, issued on 05/08/2012, with a final order date of 05/31/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Lafayette Road, North Hampton, 03862. High Top Roofing, OSHA Inspection Number 306944265, Willful Citation Number 02, Item Number 001, issued on 01/05/2004, with a final order date of 01/27/2004, with respect to a workplace located at the Corner of Putnam Street and Flaherty Lane, Manchester, NH, 03101. High Top Roofing, OSHA Inspection Number 113799662, Serious Citation Number 01, Item Number 002, issued on 09/20/2002, with a final order date of 09/30/2003, with respect to a workplace located at 12 Captains Way, Kittery Point, ME, 03905.
