29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) On or about December 21, 2013, at the above addressed job site, employees who had been operating and maintaining production equipment and machinery such as a mechanical power press, had not been trained on Lockout Tagout procedures. Arctic Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315357723, citation number 1, item number 1B and was affirmed as a final order on February 7, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 9731 NW 114th Way, Miami, FL 33178.
