29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: Optima Stantron Corp. Div of Elma Electronic Inc., Lawrenceville, GA - On or about 02/14/2019, employees were working in areas such as but no limited to the assembly department, sanding department and welding department were provided with respirators (N95) for voluntary use. The employer did not provide the information contained in the Appendix D of the Respiratory Protection Standard.
