29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. Worksite: The employer did not ensure that the poles of the pump jack scaffolds from that employees were working were braced or secured at the bottom of the scaffold poles. Whole Life Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 896215, Citation Number 2, Item Number 3, issued on 4/30/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 79-81 Judson Ave., New Haven CT and became a final order on 5/22/2013.
