29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): On or about 9/28/20, the employer failed to ensure that a copy of the safety data sheets were maintained at the workplace and on the jobsites when employees were exposed to hazardous chemical while filling the vehicles and equipment with diesel fuel, gasoline, Star Fire AW 46 hydraulic fluid, and Wolf's Head Extreme Duty Synthetic Blend SAE 15W - 40 10 TBN.
