29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(ii): A toeboard was not erected along the edge of platforms more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower levels for a distance sufficient to protect employees below: On or about 05/02/2022, at 1820 Gulfshore Blvd. North, Naples, Florida, employees working on multiple levels of scaffolding applying concrete stucco to the exterior walls of a structure were not protected by toeboards exposing them to struck-by hazards from falling tools and/or materials. Franco Plastering Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(h)(2)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1272881, citation number 01, item number 2(d) and was affirmed as a final order on 12/26/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1980 San Marcos Road, Marco Island, Florida 34145.
