29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. Worksite: The pump jack scaffolds from that employees were working were not braced or secured at the bottom of the scaffold poles. Whole Life Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 590198, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/09/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 44 East Hayestown Rd. Danbury, CT 06811.
