29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Throughout facility: The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard commuinication program for the chemicals used by employees, such as, but not limited to, isopropyl alcohol, Cleaner P, mineral spirits, methyl ethyl ketone, UV Cure 1518, HP Electroink and Accubond 4-0002 Adhesive, on or about 7/13/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
