29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: On or about 11/ 09/2020, the employer failed to provide training or information to employees working with hazardous chemicals on the details of outline in the new hazard communication standard which encompasses the Global Harmonization System (GHS). Commercial Stainless Fabricators, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1100435, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/05/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1035 Cobb Industrial Drive, Marietta, Georgia 30066.
