29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they used: a) Throughout facility: The employer did not have safety data sheets for the chemicals used by employees on the job, including but not limited to, Clorox Clean Up, Spray Nine, WD-40, ether and Tru-Galv, on or about 8/12/15. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
