29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: Kitty Hawk, NC: On or about October 14, 2020, the employer did not maintain Safety Data Sheets for all chemical products being used in the workplace such as, but not limited to Lectra-Motive Electric Parts Cleaner, Rubbing Compound, and Turtle wax ZipWax, while engaging in minor recreational water vehicle patching and touch up maintenance work. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
