29 CFR 1904.40(a): When an authorized government representative asks for the records you keep under Part 1904, the employer did not provide copies of the records within four (4) business hours. On or about October 12, 2016 during the 10:00 a.m. opening conference for this inspection, CSHO requested copies of the employer's injury and illness logs and summaries (OSHA Form 300 and Form 300A) for the years 2013 through 2016 as applicable. The records were never provided. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
