29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) Jara Construction, Inc; at a jobsite located at 766 Fescue Road, Lot 381, Sunbury, Ohio 43074: On and/or preceding January 28, 2021, the employer failed to initiate and maintain a safety and health program such as but not limited to a personal protective equipment program and a fall protection program, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards and fall hazards of up to 10 feet 6 inches. Jara Construction, Inc was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479765, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 3, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Broadmore Commons Lot 63, Pataskala, OH 43062. Jara Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450503, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 5803 Powell, OH 43065.
