29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: This violation was observed on or about November 3, 2021, when portable fire extinguishers located on top of Terex silos 1 and 2 were not mounted and identified, exposing employees to the hazard of fires. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure portable fire extinguishers are mounted, located and identified.
