29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(iii):The atmosphere within a bin, silo, or tank in the grain handling facility was not tested for oxygen content prior to employee entry: (a) Highway 82 West, County Road 286 - On or about October 13, 2022, at storage bin number 2, the employer did not test the air for oxygen content prior to permitting employees entry, exposing them to a hazardous atmosphere.
