29 CFR 1904.35(b)(2)(iv):The employer removed names from the OSHA 300 Log which were not privacy cases, as specified in in 29 CFR 1904.29(b)(6) through (9). (a) On or about May 16, 2024 the OSHA 300 logs for 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021 had each recorded injury or illness listed as privacy cases, with the employee name removed. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.13(c).
