29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 07/26/2014 - Anodize department, procedures were not utilized while employees performed tank maintenance on polishing tanks #79A and #79B, rinse tanks #80 and #81, and hot seal tanks #104. b) On or about 07/31/2014 - Polishing department, procedures were not utilized while employees performed cleaning and maintenance on machinery such as, but not limited to, the Cimotec polishing robot. WKW Erbsloeh North America, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313849358, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on 03/03/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 103 Parkway East in Pell City, AL 35125.
