29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a- 8 Pier Street, Eastampton NJ: On or about 05/11/22 a portable electric circular saw, in use by the workers, was powered with a flexible cord that was missing its outer protective covering exposing its inner wiring to damage. All Best Contractors Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1573412, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/10/22, with respect to a workplace located at Barrington Court Building 3, Mount Holly NJ.
