29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)(ii): The platform was not planked or decked as fully as possible, and the remaining open space between the platform and the uprights exceeded 9.5 inches (24.1 cm). On or about May 19, 2022, employees performed masonry tasks on a scaffold with spacing between the platform and the uprights, and supporting planks were more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide. DRA Enterprises, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1378778, citation number #1, item number #1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 06-24-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2680 Bogan Walk, BATON ROUGE, LA 70802.
