29 CFR 1910.430(g)(1):Gauges indicating diver depth, which can be read at the dive location, were not used for all dives (as incorporated by reference under 29 CFR 1926.1090): On or about April 4, 2022, and at times prior to, at 6985 NW 18 St, Margate Florida 33063 (Stranahan River), an employee was engaged in underwater dredging and the employer did not provide employees gauges indicating diver depth for each dive operation.
