29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap: On February 13, 2024, Army Barge Essayons, top forward deck: Two extension cords were spliced together to hard-wire two small heaters used to prevent condensation for the vessel's two wench motors. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
