29 CFR 1910.265(c)(3)(iii): Floor(s) were not kept in good repair: (a) Sawmill: The metal floor bracing around the edge of the mill was bent and bowed resulting in an uneven and sloped wooden work floor, as determined on March 5, 2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM Wayne Mulch & Lumber, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard Sawmills 1910.265(c)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315223008, citation number 1, item number 5, group (a) and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Wayne Lumber & Mulch, Inc. in Wayne, West Virginia.
