29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: On or about September 1, 2016, employees were exposed to live electrical wiring subject to abrasion. The #5857 Farquar 1500 ton hydraulic press had an operator control panel with flexible sealtite conduit that was damaged and separated.
