29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7) Electrical equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner: #7 Paper Machine Drive Side - The double end threaded conduit stub, threaded into the W/W Booster Pump #1366 pressure transmitter, did not properly fit into the T-fitting which left it hanging by the energized 24 volt cable.
