29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) The employer has not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program to communicate and train employees on hazardous materials in the work area such as, but not limited to, wood dust, a combustible material, as determined on March 5, 2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM Wayne Mulch & Lumber, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, Hazard Communication, 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315223008, Citation number 1, Item number 8, group (a) and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Wayne Lumber & Mulch, Inc. in Wayne, West Virginia.
