29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): (a) The employer has not provided training to employees on the hazards associated with materials such as, but not limited to, combustible wood dust, as determined on March 5, 2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM Wayne Mulch & Lumber, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, Hazard Communication, 1910.1200(h)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315223008, Citation number 1, Item number 8, group (b) and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at Wayne Lumber & Mulch, Inc. in Wayne, West Virginia.
