29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) On or about 8/18/2015, Draw Machine Area: The Downcoil for the Syncro Draw Machine had an unguarded pulley. b) On or about 8/18/2015, Draw Machine Area: The Three Die Draw Machine had a series of unguarded pulleys. c) On or about 11/5/2015, Draw Bench Area: A cut off saw had an unguarded pulley. Abatement documentation is required for this item.
