29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): (a) Sawmill: On or about March 9, 2016 and times prior, an effective training plan had not been developed to ensure employees know the hazards associated with materials such as combustible wood dust. Wayne Mulch & Lumber, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, Hazard Communication Training, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 961178, citation number 3, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on September 25, 2014 with respect to a workplace located in Wayne, West Virginia.
