2019 Highlights

  • A successful sixth annual National Safety Stand-Down took place nationwide, May 6-10, 2019.
  • Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Occupational Safety and Health was joined by the Manhattan Construction Co. and more than 1,600 workers, employers, and other stakeholders at the site of the new Texas Rangers' stadium in Arlington, Texas, to kick off the sixth annual National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls.
  • The Stand-Down billboard (digital) was displayed over 3 million times during Stand-Down week.
