    Connecticut State Plan Office

    The Connecticut State Plan office covers all public sector employees in the state, with the exception of federal government employees. Federal government employees, including those employed by the United States Postal Service and those on military bases, are covered by OSHA, which also exercises jurisdiction over most private sector employers in the State of Connecticut.
