    Oregon State Plan Office

    The Oregon State Plan applies to all public and private sector places of employment in the state, with the exception of federal government employees. Federal government employees, including those employed by the United States Postal Service, maritime employers such as: shipyards, marine construction, marine terminals, long shoring, and diving, private contractors on military reservations and at Crater Lake National Park, and Indian Reservations are covered by federal OSHA.
